14 Year old Niki Tavares and his younger brother, 12 year old Marco, have BOTH signed contracts with Brentford FC.
The boys attended our Advanced Development Centre in Potters Bar and after being recommended by Protec first to Reading and then to Brentford for football trials, the boys decided to sign with the Division One club as it was closer to home. Well done to both boys and we wish them well at their new club.
Protec football Academy have had numerous boys signed at professional football clubs this season and also a record number sent for football trials at all age groups. Some have been talented enough after being at Protec to achieve signing at category Level One (Premiership) and others with Championship and League One and Two clubs.
