The aim of the EJA is to provide the youth of the Eastern Home Counties with the best standard of football excellence outside of youth teams representing the Premiership and Football League Clubs. The teams competing in this league are drawn from various senior and step 7 clubs in Bedfordshire, Cambridgeshire, Essex, Hertfordshire, London, Middlesex and Suffolk who wish to provide their youth players with the highest possible standard of football. All this with a view to finding the players of the future for their Senior XI.
Many players from the EJA have gone on to compete in various senior leagues and some have even stepped up to the Premiership and Football League. There have also been many successes by our teams in the F.A. Youth Cup against the youth teams of established Football League sides and in several instances notable wins over Premiership opposition.

If you have the talent and think you have what it takes we want to hear from you.
Trials are taking place at the Protec academy centre during 2010 if you are below the age of 16 please get a parents permission to apply go to our applications page.
